Restoring dignity, protecting rights and uplifting the voices of our elder community

On December 11, 2024, a devastating injustice changed the life of a 70-year-old caregiver who had spent over 45 years selflessly serving older adults in her community. After living in her home for 27 years, she was wrongfully evicted due to a predatory wrongful foreclosure — that ripped away her sense of home and security. Despite losing loved ones and enduring personal tragedy, she continued her life’s mission: to care for the vulnerable and bring light into the lives of others. Now, she needs our help.
Elders Freedom was born from her story — a movement dedicated to fighting elder abuse, wrongful housing loss, and systemic injustices affecting older adults. We are raising funds to support her legal and medical needs and to help her heal, rebuild, and continue advocating for others like her.
